I would suggest re-test it in two weeks and might ask doctor to give you PHI (Prostate Health Index) test which gives three times sensitivity than PSA to rule out Pc....
Ask for PHI test. It is three times more actuate than just PSA. Currently the cut-off value is 36%. If PHI is above it a biopsy is recommended....

Update after 6 months... January I had 5.98 PSA and doctor also tested PHI which is 33.8%. He thought I am in 'low risk' group as PHI tells him that biopsy will only have 24% chance to be positive....
