Since last monday my ears have hurt and popped constantly. Wed I got diagnosis with an ear infection and thursday that diagnosis was reversed. I am in pain in my stomach, neck, knees, back, ab area....

I did a colonoscopy prep the day before....
3-4 weeks post op you will be used to it all. You will feel like yourself. I am currently 2 weeks post op and am functioning in my home again, can imagine in a week having no problem functioning...
Changed the bag and it solved it. The stoma shrunk quite a bit....

AM preps always seemed retarded to me.. Preferred drinking Miralax the day before....
Why would they leave a bit of your colon? Were you UC or Chrons? Mostly everyone keeps about 2In of their rectum and it usually stays inflamed but its usually negligible to the patient....

You would be surprised how big a role the potential to eat those foods played in my decision to have the surgery. I didn't want to be restricting myself for the rest of my life....
