Try all tje coping tools you know to help with the anxiety.... Look at foods your eating to see what you can improve on.. Make a list as to what sets it off. PLEASE try not to google your symptoms...

I get the same symptoms too. Try not to be freaked out about it as it only feeds your anxious thoughts.. Easier said than done i know.. But i used to get freaked by it and it made the symptoms worse...
Hi Sorry your suffering with this. I had exactly the same problem last year. And due to the fact you are impacted it does take a while to clear. I had to take laxative meds and senokot for a week....
All good advice above. I would also suggest trying some mindful meditation for beginners . To help calm the mind and body. But definatley go and see your GP you dont have to struggle with this alone....
