Hi I thought I would post this here in case anyone was interested:
I have a free podcast called Against the Grain
I am a gastroenterologist and specialist in colitis and Crohn's disease. I also have the condition myself.
I like speaking to scientists, clinicians and patients who offer new insights into physiology and treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.
I now have several episodes dealing with such topics as new medications including Xeljanz, the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (including detailed discussions regarding implementation), low dose naltrexone and many other supplements, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, fasting, baking soda, biohacking and many other topics.
This is not meant to be medical advice or anyone. Most of the treatments discussed are not FDA approved to treat any disease. These are just people I wanted to talk to and I recorded the conversations in case anyone else finds them valuable. Hopefully this acts as a spring board towards much research in the field.
If you like what you hear, please subscribe so you can be notified of new episodes and leave a review on iTunes. Thank you.
